This is real progress, I am so happy to se that this is going to be addressed. We need to provide help so we can decrease this abortion rate. I am pro-choice for first term, but when one-third of all women in America have had at least one abortion, we are really failing women, and ourselves. It is a sign of how wrong things are in our culture, we have some serious issues here
I hope this lady and her Act succeeds.
